As City Treasurer, Frank has ensured that your tax dollars are being most effectively used to meet City needs. His investment strategy adds revenue in the form of interest income.
A lifetime resident of Shelton, Frank is a graduate of the University of New Haven, where he majored in accounting and business administration. He was employed for 23 years in the hospital industry. For the past 21 years, he has headed an expanded family corporate finance business.
Frank has served on the VARCA Board and is a past president of the Boy’s and Girl’s Club. He is member of the Derby-Shelton Rotary Club.
He has held the elected offices of Registrar of Voters, the Board of Education and the Board of Apportionment and Taxation. He is past Chairman of the Shelton Republican Town Committee and is a recipient of the John Davis Lodge Award for Distinguished Service to his community.
Frank and his wife Betty reside on Vaccaro Heights. They have four sons, a daughter and seven grandchildren.
